Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and execute Scrum events.

• Eliminate obstacles and foster collaboration.

• Assist the Product Owner.

• Propel ongoing improvements.

• Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented.

• Advise Scrum Master teams on agile values and principles.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor team progress and provide key insights.

• Create and develop process evaluation tools to evaluate Scrum principles in team processes.

• Derive actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and provide support to the Scrum team.

• Implement sharing and documentation systems utilizing wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external partners to mitigate potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• A growth mindset, emphasizing agility and the development of oneself and others.

• Skills in execution and delivery, including planning, executing, and supporting initiatives.

• Proficiency in business intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Relevant professional qualification or specialized training.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
