Senior Delivery Manager, German – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and execute detailed project plans.

• Cultivate a cooperative atmosphere and establish a unified vision for project achievements.

• Oversee resource distribution and workload assignments to align with delivery expectations and anticipated financial outcomes.

• Assess plans and interdependencies while tracking estimates, timelines, and variances.

• Develop strategic modifications to uphold delivery goals.

• Secure client approval on crucial milestones.

• Promote clear collaboration among delivery teams, clients, and partner organizations.

• Recognize and suggest process enhancements, cost-saving strategies, and efficiency improvements.

• Inspire, motivate, and guide the delivery team.

• Contribute insights and expertise to the advancement of projects, teams, and client relations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, including Fixed Price projects.

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in Project Management methodologies.

• Proficiency in process analysis and enhancement.

• Experience in designing and implementing organizational processes and governance structures.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and transformation efforts.

• Background in change management and organizational alignment.

• Ability to collaborate across various business and IT teams.

• Skill in identifying optimal solutions by assessing alternatives, outcomes, and risks.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and adapting methodologies.

• Team leadership capabilities.

• Proven history of delivering projects from start to finish within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Architects.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, aid decision-making, and achieve superior outcomes.

• Ability to utilize AI tools responsibly, formulate effective prompts, validate results, understand limitations, and take ownership of final outputs.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.

• Strong technical knowledge in IT systems or software development is a plus.

• PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certifications are advantageous.
