This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document procurement and supply chain processes.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Ariba solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and system upgrades.
• Configure various SAP Ariba modules, such as Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Invoicing.
• Work alongside functional and technical teams to implement features, workflows, and integrations.
• Engage in system design, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Assist with SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA as well as third-party applications.
• Diagnose and address integration challenges and support middleware tools and APIs.
• Investigate and resolve system problems, errors, and performance issues.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for SAP Ariba incidents and escalations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Deliver training and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Supply stakeholders with updates regarding project progress and system performance.
• Stay updated on SAP Ariba features, best practices, and industry developments.
• Suggest system improvements and process optimizations to enhance efficiency and lower costs.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance initiatives.
• A university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on SAP Ariba.
• Practical experience with SAP Ariba configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, such as S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, including middleware and APIs.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• SAP Ariba certifications are preferred.
