Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the OPU Champion for Vault MLR matters in Spain.

• Act as the Corporate Representative for Veeva Vault in Spain.

• Manage incident handling for Vault-related issues.

• Supervise the management of Vault users in Spain.

• Oversee new Vault releases and associated demands.

• Handle Corporate Vault requirements and actions requested by Corporate Vault.

• Facilitate communication regarding Vault MLR between Corporate and local users in Spain.

• Deliver training to local users in Spain on new Vault releases.

• Manage Vault MLR teams within Spain.

• Collaborate with Compliance Medicine on Vault MLR subjects.

• Provide support for Veeva CRM, including survey management.

• Address technical incidents at the DataSteward level.

• Oversee the local BIConnection tool.

• Manage and take part in Business Solutions projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis and technical support in IT settings.

• Proven ability in client-facing roles, converting business needs into technical solutions while facilitating communication between Corporate and local teams.

• Strong skills in SQL, Salesforce Inspector, and advanced Excel.

• Comprehensive understanding of process and procedure management.

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies.

• Established background and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Capability to foster cross-functional teamwork, manage conflicts and priorities, adapt to change with an innovative approach, and excel in international settings.

• Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and Veeva Vault platform is a significant advantage.

• Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds is highly desirable.

• General familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly within the Boehringer environment.
