This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the technical health, listing management, and operational execution across AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and the Direct Webstore.
• Ensure listing accuracy and catalog completeness across digital commerce platforms.
• Oversee product onboarding, updates, and deprecations, which includes pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.
• Manage the AWS/Azure enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows from initiation and approval through fulfillment and post-sale handoff to Customer Success.
• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams on listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and marketplace co-sell requirements.
• Maintain a consolidated Jira operational tracker for digital commerce initiatives, integrations, and process improvements.
• Lead sprint planning, asynchronous standups, and delivery cadences; identify blockers and propose resolutions.
• Keep RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder updates up to date.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, tester assignments, result consolidation, and release sign-offs.
• Identify repetitive workflows and spearhead automation using tools such as Claude Enterprise.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for digital commerce initiatives.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Map data flows across the Webstore, NetSuite ERP, and AWS/Azure Metering APIs.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS/Azure Marketplace mechanics, metering APIs, SaaS contract billing, and private offer structures.
• Provide weekly and monthly status updates to Business Applications leadership, Finance, and Sales.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Looker, Snowflake, and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with Finance on order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and period-close data requirements.
• Work alongside Sales on marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotional setups, refund processing, and license provisioning.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or marketplace operations analysis within a B2B sales environment.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to independently create BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates in a timely manner.
• Proficient in using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking.
• Proficient in using Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.
• Nice-to-have: Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management, including listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs.
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with BI and data warehousing tools such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms, payment gateways like Stripe, or B2B webstore engines.
• Nice-to-have: Exposure to ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite from an order management or reporting perspective.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in QA or UAT coordination, including writing test cases, managing testing cycles, and facilitating sign-off.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code integrations for workflow automation.
• Nice-to-have: General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or categories of containerized software products.
