📋 Description

• Engage daily with the client delivery team under the guidance of the Delivery Manager.

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and the identification of risks.

• Facilitate client discovery workshops and pinpoint opportunities to enhance value for end users.

• Convert client business needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs.

• Identify data inputs, system integration points, and exception scenarios.

• Conduct comprehensive analytical reporting on product performance utilizing tools such as ThoughtSpot.

• Design and enhance AI-driven workflows, encompassing prompt strategies and analytical reporting.

• Boost the efficiency of BA practices through AI by automating repetitive analyses, expediting documentation, and improving insight generation.

• Own the test strategy and acceptance criteria, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate AI outputs.

• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.

• Monitor live solutions and improve performance through iterative enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, with significant exposure to the insurance industry (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution).

• Proven capability to conduct client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders, including the confidence to constructively challenge established thinking.

• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, constructing AI-assisted workflows, and a clear understanding of LLM behavior and limitations.

• High standards of written and verbal communication.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages would be beneficial.
