Senior IT Business Analyst – Intraday Liquidity Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend, outline, and document requirements while proposing viable solutions that align with business goals.

• Partner with Technology, Vendors, Business, and Change teams on comprehensive system architecture, implementation, integrations, and liquidity processes.

• Conduct data analysis on extensive datasets to pinpoint business impacts, data gaps, and requirements for technology changes.

• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, process flows, and solution designs.

• Deliver presentations of solution designs, functional requirements, and system architectures to both technical and senior business stakeholders.

• Define cost-effective technology solutions that adhere to banking regulations and regulatory standards.

• Assist in requirements analysis, solution design, testing strategy, data migration, implementation, release planning, and post-production support.

• Propel simplified, consolidated, and scalable technology and integration architectures.

• Identify dependencies, risks, impacts, and opportunities for enhancements in processes and technology.

• Foster relationships with business, technology, vendor, and senior management stakeholders.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions effectively.

• Operate independently in complex environments engaging multiple systems, teams, and dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / IT Business Analyst within Liquidity, Financial Markets, Payments, Cash Management, or Banking sectors.

• Strong grasp of Intraday Liquidity Management and cash-flow/liquidity processes.

• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and global liquidity regulatory mandates.

• Extensive experience in data sourcing, data mapping, data lineage, and integration across various upstream/downstream data frameworks.

• Experience in large-scale system upgrades, transformation, re-engineering, and technology migration initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in managing large datasets.

• Ability to convert complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently and achieve outcomes in complex banking environments.

• Practical experience with SQL / PL-SQL.

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.

• Skills in data analysis and data reconciliation.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Technology tools and platforms.

• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience in supporting testing, data migration, implementation, and production releases.

• Working knowledge or experience with SAP LMS / SAP Liquidity Management.

• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Experience with automation tools and process improvements driven by automation.

• Knowledge of data visualization / BI tools.

• Familiarity with banking platforms, payment systems, treasury, or financial-market applications.
