This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more country.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at DACH clients.
• Document functional and business requirements in a structured manner.
• Align requirements with Oper’s product offerings, differentiating between out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, and engineering necessities.
• Convert business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Review API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms.
• Identify and establish integration points with Oper engineering.
• Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases.
• Advise on immediate versus later integration priorities.
• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys within the Oper platform.
• Validate configurations against the agreed scope and conduct acceptance testing.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and customer champions.
• Assist customers during the go-live phase and early adoption, and subsequently transition to Customer Success.
• Utilize AI tools to facilitate documentation, draft specifications, summarize workshops, enhance analysis, and automate processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing AI-native delivery workflows.
• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience (Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation consulting).
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Ability to transform disorganized customer conversations into clear documents, frameworks, and actionable next steps.
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and end-users during workshops.
• Technical aptitude, including the ability to read API documentation, comprehend integration patterns, and configure software.
• AI-native working style, with practical experience using AI tools and workflows.
• Proactive and capable of delivering results in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable operating in a rapidly growing, evolving SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or broader financial services is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configuration is a plus.
• Experience working with banks or lenders as clients is a plus.
• For Vienna-based candidates: capability to work remotely with regular travel to Antwerp and DACH clients as necessary.
