This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the operational strategy that supports Residential Sales across various sales channels.
• Lead the Sales Operations & Support team, which is responsible for sales administration, reporting, order assistance, sales enablement, and operational execution.
• Create standardized operational processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that minimize manual effort and boost sales productivity.
• Act as the operational liaison between Residential Sales and internal business partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales support processes, including order management, sales tools, inventory coordination, field support, and issue resolution.
• Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, promotions, compensation plans, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation that support Residential Sales operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data, automation, and technology.
• Oversee the governance, administration, and accuracy of monthly and quarterly Residential Sales commission calculations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate implementation and administration of commission plans.
• Validate commission data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Maintain commission controls, audit processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Generate recurring commission reports and executive summaries that highlight trends, adjustments, and payout accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to commission processes that enhance transparency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Create executive dashboards and KPIs to measure sales performance, productivity, conversion, operational health, and commission accuracy.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and operational enhancements.
• Provide actionable insights that support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and sales readiness.
• Partner with Customer Operations and Billing to enhance order quality and customer onboarding.
• Work closely with IT and Product teams to improve sales systems and digital tools.
• Assist Finance with forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects that impact Residential Sales operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team.
• Set performance goals, KPIs, and accountability measures.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Lead change management initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing professional teams.
• Experience in supporting residential sales organizations within telecommunications, broadband, cable, wireless, or other subscription-based sectors.
• Proven experience in managing sales compensation programs and commission administration.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Experience with CRM, sales enablement, commission, and reporting platforms.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in executive presentations.
• Experience supporting Door-to-Door, Retail, MDU, or field sales organizations (Preferred).
• Knowledge of broadband, fiber, cable, or telecommunications products and operations (Preferred).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau (Preferred).
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, commission, and workforce management platforms (Preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is a plus (Preferred).
