This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to enhance productivity during their first 90 days.
• Create and sustain playbooks that cover qualification criteria, discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
• Establish ramp criteria and performance metrics for each role.
• Produce battlecards, case studies, and pitch materials for live sales presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on renewal and expansion playbooks.
• Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and coaching sessions for deals.
• Monitor ramp time, stage win rates, and call-to-close ratios to inform enablement strategies.
• Work closely with RevOps on the implementation of CRM systems and tools.
• Act as the first dedicated enablement hire, initially executing tasks independently before assembling a team.
• Review sales and Customer Success materials and observe live calls within the first 30 days.
• Deliver a new-hire onboarding curriculum and initial battlecards within the first 60 days.
• Aim to decrease new representative ramp time within the first 120 days.
• Proven experience in building sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market programs from the ground up, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Previous experience managing a quota or maintaining a book of business.
• A resourceful and innovative approach to creating playbooks and navigating tool limitations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that convey clarity and confidence.
• Comfortable presenting to both founders and representatives.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and change.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with selecting and utilizing CRM, call-recording, or enablement platforms.
• Have informed opinions on systems and tools, with a clear perspective on what investments are worthwhile.
• Must be capable of working remotely across various US time zones.
