This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure consistency and discipline across the global Sales organization, with a primary focus on the American market.
• Maintain proper territory alignment, ensure accurate account disposition, and document the Rules of Engagement.
• Assist in making timely business decisions related to sales and pipeline generation.
• Oversee clear and effective communication related to sales operations.
• Enhance sales performance through improved processes, technology, methodologies, and risk identification.
• Support regional leaders with forecasts and quarterly business reviews by providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
• Develop, measure, and uphold operational excellence and KPIs for the sales team.
• Act as the liaison between Sales and IT for systems and tools projects, promoting regional adoption.
• Support the go-to-market framework, including territory assignments and maintenance.
• Interpret and assist in the execution of the Rules of Engagement.
• Serve as the main operational support contact for the sales organization, especially concerning Salesforce processes.
• Implement data governance and hygiene/quality processes; oversee and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of Salesforce data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Ideally possess over 3 years of substantial experience within a software or high-tech company.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling; knowledgeable in quota setting and sales metrics, including Productivity and Pipeline management.
• Significant experience using Salesforce.com, CPQ, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and various dashboard tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative and unique problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to adapt to new demands swiftly.
• Experience working with sales leadership stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong communication skills needed to lead and facilitate issue resolution within teams and across departments; adept in workflow coordination and problem-solving.
• Experience with AI and its implementation within a sales operations context would be a notable advantage.
• A college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience of 7+ years.
