Junior Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Structure, arrange, and enhance data management within the Salesforce CRM.

• Oversee, maintain, and organize the CRM database, which includes creating and updating fields as well as monitoring the sales pipeline.

• Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data to support deal tracking and updates.

• Assist Sales teams in effectively utilizing the CRM by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on workflows and processes.

• Perform preliminary analyses of the sales funnel and conversion rates.

• Generate reports using Excel or Google Sheets to uncover opportunities and suggest potential improvements.

• Offer systems support for contract management.

• Collaborate on the organization of Sales Operations workflows and routines.

• Critically employ Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance analyses and operational routines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience or familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.

• Ability to conduct basic sales data analyses, interpret metrics, and create reports in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Organized and inquisitive, with a quick learning ability and a self-starter attitude.

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related area.

• Prior experience—including internships or apprenticeships—in operational or administrative roles within Sales or Commercial Intelligence teams.

• Basic understanding of process automation or tool integrations aimed at CRM optimization.

• Intermediate proficiency in English for reading and comprehending systems documentation.

• Practical experience and application of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
