📋 Description

• Oversee and expand the sales engineering function for the core portfolio, including the Gen AI sector, throughout the US region.

• Collaborate with GTM Sales Leaders, Product Management, and Engineering to implement strategic solutions and finalize deals for clients and partners.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture the sales engineering team.

• Enhance and scale sales engineering workflows, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.

• Work alongside sales leadership and clients to create and present business solutions that foster revenue growth.

• Advocate for and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling within a matrixed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a solid record of incorporating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven history in sales or systems engineering.

• Experience in managing and directing a sales engineering team.

• Demonstrated capability in mentoring, coaching, and talent development.

• Technical knowledge in cybersecurity and networking.

• Established ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.

• Experience with Zscaler or competitive solutions is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of SaaS-based technologies and regulatory compliance is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with large GTM and Partner Ecosystems in a matrix environment is preferred.
