This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Lead the Hybrid New Business / Strategic Sales team catering to Social Impact clients.
• Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities with current enterprise clients in the not-for-profit, healthcare, and social impact sectors.
• Acquire new non-profit enterprise organizations.
• Oversee and nurture a global team of quota-carrying account executives.
• Engage in and facilitate client meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources.
• Mentor and develop the sales team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members in the sales process.
• Report on sales activities and forecasts to senior sales management.
• Support the sales of multi-product solutions to current customers.
• Assist large enterprise clients with their initial use cases.
• Retain and expand existing revenue through strategic account management.
• Generate a pipeline through cross-sell, up-sell, and outbound SDR-led initiatives.
• Collaborate on complex deals and enhance relationships with C-Suite executives.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings to support quarterly revenue and sales objectives.
• Develop and disseminate best practices across the Twilio.org team.
• Proven track record of success and leadership consistent with Twilio Magic.
• Proficient in selling a platform solution.
• Experience in the Contact Center, cPaaS, or Data/Martech sectors is advantageous.
• A history of coaching and developing account executives.
• Experience in recruiting senior/enterprise-level account executives.
• Familiarity with performance management.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Capability to plan and execute Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Comfortable engaging with application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners.
• Focus on Tier 3, with the possibility of hiring Tier 2 for the right candidate.
• Preference for East Coast candidates.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. location; not eligible for hire in CT, NJ, NY, WA, or surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose, CA.
• Approximately 30–40% travel expected.
