This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of projects that include agency onboarding, compliance analysis, and enhancement of partnerships.
• Define, plan, and oversee cross-functional initiatives from the identification of problems to successful implementation and adoption, utilizing JIRA for work management.
• Create scalable processes for onboarding, compliance, and partnerships while promoting the use of new workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships leadership to pinpoint operational challenges and convert them into structured projects.
• Perform compliance-related analyses that support both agency onboarding and ongoing partner management.
• Assist in the onboarding process for agencies and sub-agencies, which includes pre-contracting activities, ensuring completion is timely, accurate, and compliant at scale.
• Act as the escalation point for complex onboarding challenges.
• Monitor project status, risks, and outcomes using JIRA and Looker.
• Communicate progress and insights to leadership.
• Help manage relationships for the top 40–50 agency partners, including regular meetings and check-ins.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or health insurance operations, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth setting.
• 5–7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program management.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibilities and scope.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects from initial scoping through to implementation.
• Capability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
• Comfortable analyzing data, reports, and dashboards to detect trends and guide decision-making.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Good judgment regarding when to escalate issues versus resolving them independently.
• Capacity to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Preferred: experience in managing external partnerships or strategic accounts.
• Preferred: PMP or a comparable certification.
• Preferred: practical experience with BI tools such as Looker.
