This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with GTM leadership and the sales team, while working alongside Finance, Legal, and Marketing to enhance the deal cycle.
• Manage Sales Operations comprehensively, encompassing the deal desk, pricing strategy and approvals, pipeline and forecast infrastructure, as well as reporting and analysis.
• Report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations/SMB Sales and collaborate on the overarching revenue operations agenda.
• Structure, evaluate, and guide non-standard deals from quotation to approval.
• Oversee packaging, price books, discount guardrails, approval thresholds, and the mechanics of quote-to-close procedures.
• Analyze discounting, win rates, deal structures, segment profitability, sales investment ROI, ramp-up, productivity, and win/loss trends.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, establish stage definitions, and manage forecast cadence.
• Develop reporting and self-service dashboards that cover pipeline coverage, conversion rates, velocity, quota attainment, activity-to-outcome correlations, and territory performance.
• Design scalable systems and assess business value prior to investing in automation.
• Oversee the Sales aspect of the CRM as well as associated CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools.
• Leverage AI to expedite systems design, administration, integration, analytics, and self-service reporting.
• Assist in territory and quota planning, capacity modeling, compensation plan structures, and headcount analysis.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical GTM role within SaaS companies.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct support to a Sales organization, including hands-on experience with deal desk or pricing responsibilities.
• Proven history of designing and implementing scalable sales systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ and quoting tools, forecasting platforms, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting analyses that have influenced pricing, processes, or system modifications.
• Proficient understanding of pipeline coverage, conversion rates, velocity, ASP, discount realization, and quota attainment.
• Practical experience utilizing AI in systems operations, analytics, or tool development.
• Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor.
• Sound judgment in high-pressure deal situations.
• Proven capability to translate operational and systems initiatives into quantifiable business value.
• A successful track record of collaborating as part of a virtual global team.
• Excellent time management and alignment skills with team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
