This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the implementation, integration, workflow design, and ongoing management of CoLab’s revenue technology ecosystem.
• Enhance systems for optimal performance and scalability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
• Supervise integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data across various tools.
• Lead the rollout of implementations, migration planning, cutover, provisioning, and coordinate security efforts with the IT team.
• Create automation workflows to minimize manual tasks in revenue operations.
• Manage the Salesforce data model and governance framework, encompassing object and field design, validation rules, stage gating, permissions, and record types.
• Develop and sustain revenue reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, quota attainment, and GRR/NRR metrics.
• Guarantee the accuracy of reporting and document data definitions.
• Manage the RevOps request queue, which includes intake, triage, prioritization, and addressing systems debt.
• Assess tooling comprehensively, covering requirements, technical and integration evaluations, security reviews, and business justifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, IT, and the SVP of Operations.
• Offer training, support, reusable documentation, and how-to resources.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects, including project plans, stakeholder communications, and outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or a similar systems ownership position in B2B SaaS.
• Proven history as the primary steward of a revenue technology stack.
• Extensive Salesforce administration experience (Admin certification or equivalent), focusing on data model design, Flow, validation rules, permissions and sharing, and integration architecture.
• Practical experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools for advanced data visualization.
• Familiarity with a sales engagement platform such as SalesLoft or Outreach.
• Experience in integrating a revenue stack across various tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create revenue reporting covering forecasting, quota attainment, pipeline health, and GRR/NRR metrics.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Solid project management abilities and experience in leading cross-departmental initiatives.
• Established capacity to encourage the adoption of systems and process changes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Proficient in B2B SaaS revenue operations, including pipeline stages, forecast categories, segmentation, quota and compensation mechanics, renewals, and GRR/NRR reporting.
• Experience with Apex or scripting is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience with CPQ or quoting configuration, Gong, ZoomInfo, Retool or similar low-code app development, Mixpanel or comparable product analytics, Chili Piper, Zendesk, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
