Revenue Operations Expert, CRM/SaaS Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and enhance CRM systems to adapt to the changing needs of sales, revenue, and customer success processes.

• Create and document scalable operational workflows.

• Collaborate with integrated revenue systems, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management tools.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across interconnected platforms.

• Identify and address discrepancies between the CRM and related systems.

• Assess operational policy conflicts and propose effective solutions.

• Generate clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.

• Evaluate system usability and the adoption of workflows within Sales and Customer Success teams.

• Utilize practical operational judgment in AI training and evaluation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Customer Success Operations within a SaaS context.

• Direct accountability for configuring and managing a CRM system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform.

• Practical experience with at least two additional revenue or customer systems, such as CPQ/quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking tools.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS revenue and customer lifecycle workflows.

• Proven experience in maintaining data integrity across various interconnected systems.

• Capability to design and implement scalable operational processes.

• Experience in promoting the adoption of new workflows or systems among Sales or Customer Success teams.

• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in process documentation.
