Revenue Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive reporting across departments to provide Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey with a unified perspective.

• Facilitate the alignment process ensuring all three departments are working cohesively toward common goals.

• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and breakdowns in communication to prevent issues at quarter-end.

• Directly report to the CEO.

• Collaborate closely with each department leader.

• Engage daily with GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, and the extended Sales/Marketing/Client Journey reporting framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• A Master's degree is mandatory.

• Proven experience in establishing or managing cross-functional reporting and process systems.

• Background in Operations is essential.

• Availability to work from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, and the broader Sales/Marketing/Client Journey reporting framework.
