This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and expand Curvion's new B2B revenue division from the ground up.
• Personally secure high-value B2B accounts and achieve a significant new revenue target.
• Oversee complex sales cycles from discovery and diagnosis to solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Facilitate strategic discovery sessions with founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders.
• Engage in and eventually lead Curvion Blue-Print Revenue Architecture projects.
• Assess client organizations across Revenue Planning & Economics, GTM & Deal Flow Architecture, Sales Role Architecture, Sales Enablement, RevOps & Technology, Recruiting, and Sales Management & Performance.
• Convert intricate business challenges into strategic recommendations, priorities, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Create, productize, and enhance Curvion's B2B Revenue Architecture methodology.
• Identify opportunities for growth in recurring and done-for-you services.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on B2B GTM strategy, positioning, offer development, sales strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Establish sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, KPIs, and operational cadence.
• Document and systematize effective processes for future team execution.
• Participate in recruiting and nurturing future members of the B2B revenue organization.
• Gradually take on more responsibility for the revenue function and work towards leading the sales team and the broader revenue organization.
• Proven experience in selling complex, high-value B2B solutions, services, or consulting engagements.
• Proficient in navigating intricate sales cycles with founders and executives.
• Capability to engage in strategic, consultative sales discussions and identify business challenges.
• Knowledge of B2B revenue generation encompassing acquisition, conversion, sales capacity, economics, personnel, processes, technology, and performance.
• Familiarity with revenue planning, targets, pipeline necessities, conversion rates, sales capacity, headcount, CAC, payback, and growth-plan economics.
• Understanding of GTM strategy, ICPs, channels, funnels, sales motions, pipeline structure, and opportunity-to-revenue progression.
• Comprehension of sales organization structure, roles, compensation, KPIs, expectations, capacity, hiring profiles, and management framework.
• Relevant exposure to sales enablement, including sales processes, methodologies, talk tracks, playbooks, onboarding, training, and representative development.
• Acquainted with RevOps and revenue technology, including CRM architecture, reporting, automation, workflows, data, integrations, and AI.
• Understanding of recruiting, onboarding, managing, coaching, and developing sales personnel.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide clear strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a readiness to create processes, playbooks, teams, and infrastructure.
• Willingness to personally achieve a significant new revenue target and work actively as both a revenue executive and individual contributor.
