
Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy – Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take charge of Lingraphica's entire payor revenue process, including contract negotiations and payor strategies, as well as billing, collections, cash posting, and reconciliation.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing payor access and expansion.
• Lead the negotiation of payor contract conditions and reimbursement rates.
• Monitor payor policies and evaluate payor trends and performance metrics.
• Build and manage the Payor Strategy Manager role.
• Supervise billing and collections activities, ensuring timely and precise claims submission and follow-up.
• Manage collections performance, aging, and denial-management processes.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Payor Readiness on the transition of funding and authorization into billing.
• Enhance cash flow performance and oversee cash forecasting.
• Direct cash posting and reconciliation to align with contracted rates.
• Create processes to identify underpayments and discrepancies in rates.
• Develop and report on KPIs related to payor access, contract rates, billing/collections, and accuracy of cash reconciliation.
• Create data-driven business cases for payor negotiations and prioritization.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of payor reimbursement terms, billing regulations, and collections compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Directly oversee the Reimbursement Manager, Cash Posting & Reconciliation Manager, and Payor Strategy Manager.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Direct experience in payor contracting or negotiating reimbursement rates.
• A minimum of 5 years in a management role.
• Proven leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash reconciliation processes in a healthcare or DME/HME setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build or manage a cash forecast or accounts receivable/revenue model.
• A history of leveraging data and analytics to shape payor and contracting strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-departmental influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to twice a year for in-person team and all-company meetings.
• Experience in speech-generating devices, durable medical equipment, or related healthcare technology (preferred).
• Experience in developing or scaling a dedicated payor strategy or managed care department (preferred).
• Familiarity with payor policy analytics and reimbursement modeling tools (preferred).
• Reliable and secure internet access.
