
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations – APJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Act as the primary Revenue Operations business partner for APJ sales leadership.
• Lead the APJ rhythm of business and convert regional performance into actionable priorities.
• Take charge of weekly pipeline assessments, monthly business evaluations, and quarterly regional planning.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support executive decision-making.
• Manage APJ forecasting, pipeline evaluations, coverage analysis, and executive reporting.
• Oversee pipeline health, coverage ratios, stage conversions, deal velocity, funnel performance, win rates, and representative productivity.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and the quality of opportunity data across APJ sales teams.
• Collaborate with the Director of Global Sales Operations to shape the APJ operating model.
• Lead regional capacity and headcount planning for ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
• Work with Finance and Revenue Operations on quota design and annual planning.
• Assist in organizational design, territory management, and updates to the Rules of Engagement.
• Provide inputs for compensation strategy for APJ sellers in partnership with Finance.
• Represent APJ in global Revenue Operations decisions and facilitate connections between APJ and North America/global GTM.
• Collaborate across Finance, People, Sales, and Marketing for planning and go-to-market execution.
• Work together on process standardization and system initiatives, customizing global standards for APJ.
• Enhance workflows, routing logic, reporting infrastructure, forecasting accuracy, and scalable business processes across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other associated tools.
• Lead or actively participate in special projects aimed at improving regional sales effectiveness.
• 8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, demonstrating progression in scope and complexity.
• 1–2 years of experience in people management.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce, including opportunity management, pipeline reporting, territory logic, and data governance.
• Practical experience with ZoomInfo, Gong, and other related GTM tools.
• Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline inspection frameworks.
• Experience in quota design, capacity/headcount planning, territory management, and organizational design.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with senior sales leadership as a trusted planning and strategy partner.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven operating style.
• Ability to identify systemic issues and independently drive structural improvements amidst ambiguity.
• Capable of clear, data-driven communication and translating complex operational data into insights suitable for executive audiences.
• Experience supporting or working within APJ-based go-to-market teams.
• Background in both high-growth startups and large enterprises is highly advantageous.
• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-country APJ expansion, partner motions, and regional commercial practices is beneficial.
• Preferred locations: Australia or Singapore.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within APJ and collaborate with North American teams.
