Senior Director, FP&A – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance reporting on financial metrics, providing actionable insights.

• Create daily dashboards that emphasize top-line performance and operational KPIs.

• Automate the generation of standard, investor, and banking reporting packages.

• Establish financial and operational KPIs to aid leadership in decision-making.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports for the Board and Senior Management.

• Create and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term forecasting.

• Evaluate revenue drivers, customer behavior, and operational efficiencies to uncover growth opportunities.

• Offer insights regarding growth drivers, risks, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.

• Assist in the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and a rolling five-year strategic plan.

• Keep track of market trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic indicators.

• Collaborate with Business Systems to establish and operationalize a centralized data repository.

• Configure and optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring data integrity.

• Advocate for data management and uphold data quality standards.

• Oversee acquisition integration efforts, including historical data normalization, customer integration, GL mapping, and system enhancements.

• Enhance the Adaptive Insights FP&A Planning, Reporting, and Automation platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, business systems, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.

• Preferred experience in a private equity-backed SaaS company.

• Proficient in handling large data sets and capable of identifying and communicating key insights.

• Expertise in system design, consolidation, integration, and data normalization.

• Strong knowledge of subscription and ARR/MRR metrics, especially in K-12 or public sector software markets.

• Exceptional financial modeling abilities and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, adept at distilling complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.

• Strong capacity to cultivate effective working relationships and build consensus.

• Experience leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness is highly preferred.
