
Senior Manager – Revenue Growth Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report to the Senior Director of Sales Finance & Revenue Growth Management.
• Develop and spearhead the strategy for revenue growth management encompassing pricing, promotions, product mix, and revenue optimization.
• Establish commercial frameworks that include pricing corridors, pricing ladders, promotional depth and frequency, and roles of pack architecture.
• Assess pricing strategies, pack modifications, and promotional initiatives utilizing financial and consumer analytics.
• Own the frameworks for price-pack architecture, which include channel-specific price ladders, pack roles, elasticity-informed recommendations, and sizing for innovation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Innovation, and Category teams on portfolio decisions related to net revenue, margins, velocity, incrementality, and cannibalization.
• Define the strategy and governance for trade investments, including spending guidelines, ROI expectations, and routines for reinvestment or pullbacks.
• Lead the analysis of incrementality, halo/cannibalization, and profitability both before and after events.
• Support customer and channel initiatives through assortment strategies, promotional calendars, pricing compliance, and competitive benchmarking.
• Work alongside Sales to enhance negotiation readiness by providing data-driven economic insights and guidelines.
• Develop scalable Revenue Growth Management tools and processes, including scorecards, templates, playbooks, and decision-making forums.
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and IT to enhance data quality and automation.
• Align internal shipment data with syndicated and market signals when applicable.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, or Trade Strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector; experience in beverages is preferred.
• Proven expertise in pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment, and/or price-pack architecture.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including assessments of incrementality, elasticity, product mix, margin, and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and to promote the adoption of innovative working methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• An MBA, CPA, CMA, or an advanced technical degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with syndicated and/or commercial performance data, such as IRI/Nielsen, shipment/scan alignment, and Trade Promotion Management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management toolkits and measurement techniques is preferred.
• Experience in influencing and building a new function within a Consumer Packaged Goods company is preferred.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
