Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of HITRUST’s revenue enablement strategy in alignment with revenue leadership priorities and go-to-market objectives.

• Develop repeatable programs, operational rhythms, and enablement processes to enhance field productivity, ensure execution consistency, improve pipeline quality, and readiness across both direct and indirect channels.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven tools and workflows for knowledge access, content suggestions, seller productivity, and coaching insights.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, HITRUST Academy, and subject matter experts.

• Create and oversee scalable onboarding, continuous readiness, manager coaching, and field execution initiatives.

• Convert HITRUST’s market positioning, solution value, buyer needs, and competitive advantages into actionable field guidance.

• Provide sellers and managers with messaging, tools, content, and coaching frameworks.

• Strengthen adoption and execution quality through feedback, manager engagement, facilitation, and performance insights.

• Design and implement sales plays that align with key growth strategies, target markets, buyer needs, and revenue goals.

• Develop go-to-market programs, playbooks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, and enablement materials.

• Monitor adoption and results related to pipeline creation, opportunity advancement, and revenue predictability.

• Facilitate the adoption of HITRUST’s sales process and MEDDPICC qualification methodology.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance opportunity management and forecasting discipline.

• Create and maintain enablement content, tools, and resources for field readiness.

• Prepare for new offerings, packaging updates, ecosystem initiatives, and strategic go-to-market projects.

• Ensure content governance and keep enablement materials current, reliable, accessible, and in line with buyer journeys and sales motions.

• Develop partner enablement initiatives covering value propositions, sales motions, solutions, and customer engagement strategies.

• Assist in partner onboarding, certification, co-selling, positioning, and market representation programs.

• Measure partner readiness and impact through adoption, engagement, certification, pipeline contribution, and co-sell effectiveness.

• Define and monitor enablement metrics, including productivity, ramp time, adoption rates, pipeline quality, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.

• Utilize feedback from the field, manager insights, deal information, CRM data, and performance trends to pinpoint execution gaps and enhance programs.

• Prepare updates for revenue leaders regarding enablement progress, adoption, risks, and overall business impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, or related commercial roles.

• Proven experience in designing and executing enablement programs within a SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or complex enterprise sales context.

• Demonstrated success in assisting field teams to apply sales methodologies, manage opportunities diligently, enhance forecast quality, and execute uniformly across the revenue spectrum.

• Experience in developing sales plays, field playbooks, discovery guides, objection handling strategies, competitive positioning, and value-based selling resources.

• Preferred experience in supporting partner enablement, partner onboarding, certification, or co-selling readiness programs.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product teams, and senior leadership.

• Ability to translate complex technical, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and assurance concepts into clear, practical, field-ready messaging and execution support.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to link enablement activities to business outcomes.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Highspot, Mindtickle, WorkRamp, or similar CRM, forecasting, conversation intelligence, content management, and learning platforms.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled revenue productivity tools.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• A strategic and execution-focused mindset.

• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and develop scalable programs in a fast-paced, resource-aware environment.

• Capacity to influence cross-functional partners and frontline leaders without direct authority.

• Curious, practical, and oriented towards continuous improvement, with a focus on measurable adoption and field impact.
