This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global lineup of the company’s conferences, trade shows, executive events, customer programs, roundtables, webinars, and digital experiences.
• Implement the approved regional marketing schedules for EMEA and Continental Europe.
• Transform established priorities into actionable execution plans that include deliverables, responsible parties, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate campaigns, including opportunity-based and account-based marketing, partner initiatives, customer engagements, workshops, sales enablement, content projects, and field events.
• Supervise project plans, budgets, vendors, logistics, readiness, on-site execution, follow-up activities, and program closure.
• Identify potential risks, address obstacles, monitor deadlines, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure that regional initiatives are in line with the company’s strategy and cater to local market demands.
• Act as the primary execution leader for designated campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams, Sales, BDR teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Provide briefs, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and offer feedback to participating teams.
• Work closely with Sales and BDR teams on target demographics, account priorities, event participation, meetings, outreach, and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure that programs have clear commercial objectives and defined next steps.
• Maintain the CRM system for setup, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, meetings, leads, target-account participation, opportunity advancement, follow-up, and budget adherence.
• Communicate effectively with executives, customers, prospects, partners, speakers, and industry stakeholders.
• Sustain momentum and accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Extensive experience in delivering regional marketing, field marketing, event marketing, or integrated B2B marketing programs.
• Proven track record in executing conferences, trade shows, executive events, customer programs, roundtables, webinars, and digital events.
• Comprehensive understanding of campaigns, content strategies, digital marketing, sales enablement, customer marketing, partner marketing, reporting, and lead management.
• Strong project management experience, responsible for guiding programs from planning to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, contributors, and interdependencies concurrently.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams and executing marketing activities aligned with regional, account, and opportunity priorities.
• Background in coordinating agencies, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent skills in budget management, organization, and operations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a consistent history of delivering precise, high-quality work.
• Proactive work approach with the ability to anticipate needs, fulfill commitments, and troubleshoot issues.
• Willingness and capacity to travel internationally.
• Based in Europe, ideally in England, Ireland, or Western Europe.
• Preferred: background in the insurance, insurtech, financial services, or enterprise software sectors.
• Preferred: experience in delivering marketing programs for complex technological solutions and large enterprise clientele.
• Preferred: knowledge of long, consultative B2B sales cycles and opportunity-based or account-based marketing.
• Preferred: experience working across diverse European markets and cultures.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, project management tools, event platforms, and reporting dashboards.
