This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Establish the APAC marketing function from the ground up, collaborating with the APAC General Manager and regional sales leadership to define and implement the regional strategy.
β’ Develop an APAC field and events plan along with a budget, reserving funds for in-quarter opportunities.
β’ Initiate a recurring technical community program based in Singapore, India, and Australia.
β’ Create sustainable joint field programs with cloud, technology, and channel partners, aiming for shared pipeline goals and tracking.
β’ Enhance program-sourced and program-influenced pipelines while acquiring new logos across the APAC region.
β’ Adapt global event-in-a-box kits for key markets, ensuring follow-up with each lead.
β’ Construct and activate an APAC customer proof library containing stories, case studies, and references.
β’ Showcase APAC representation on the website through regional landing pages, local customer logos, case studies, proof points, product updates, and team visibility.
β’ Organize executive roundtables, customer dinners, and sponsorships punctually and within budget.
β’ Monitor and report on spending, attendance, and pipeline performance against the plan.
β’ Collaborate with the APAC PR agency and global Brand, Web, and Product Marketing teams to ensure regional messaging is localized and consistent.
β’ Operates with an AI-native approach: designs Human+AI workflows for planning, logistics, follow-up, and reporting, while developing systems that reduce repetitive event tasks.
β’ Functions independently as the first representative in the region, managing across time zones with a US-based team.
β’ Travels frequently within the region, approximately 30β40% of the time.
β’ Typically possesses around 3β6 years of experience in field or event marketing within the APAC region, or has equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required).
β’ Experience in B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or AI/infrastructure marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Previous co-marketing experience with technical partners is advantageous (preferred, not required).
β’ Familiarity with working alongside PR agencies or supporting regional communications is beneficial (preferred, not required).
β’ Professional proficiency in an additional regional language, such as Bahasa or Mandarin, is preferred but not essential.
