• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) or pharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven success in leading multiple teams, functions, or organizational initiatives with accountability for performance and capability advancement.
• Established ability to nurture future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent management.
• Experience in aligning departmental strategies with organizational goals and long-term business priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business results.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the evaluation of operational performance, resource utilization, and organizational investments.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize analytics, performance metrics, and business insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Advanced skills in relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment when dealing with sensitive employee, business, and organizational information.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to forge strategic partnerships and promote collaboration within a matrixed environment.
• Proven history of driving innovation, organizational capability, and continuous improvement.
• Exhibits strong leadership presence, credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
• Preferably, 6 or more years of experience in people management.
