• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferred: 6 or more years of experience in people management.
• Proven success in leading multiple teams, functions, or organizational initiatives with accountability for performance and capability enhancement.
• Established ability to nurture future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent management.
• Experience in aligning departmental strategies with organizational goals and long-term business priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business results.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives and applying sustainable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize analytics, performance metrics, and business insights effectively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
