This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of project managers.
• Provide ongoing feedback, guidance on performance, and support for career development.
• Set clear expectations and accountability for individual and team achievements.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development discussions.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning.

• Oversee complex payment-related programs and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and allocation of resources.
• Ensure the consistent application of program management standards, tools, and best practices.
• Remove barriers and escalate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a primary liaison for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership.
• Monitor team workload and capacity effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, execution, and quality of delivery.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess team and program performance and guide decision-making.
• Complete special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Over 8 years of experience in program or transformation leadership within complex, matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; a master’s degree is also preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, including managing performance and employee growth.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Significant experience in leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven capability to manage governance, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
• Background in healthcare, regulated industries, or operational transformation is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider operations.
• Experience with portfolio governance.
• PMP or a comparable certification is required.
• Expertise in enterprise program delivery.
• Proficient in dependency management.
• Skills in executive communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management.
• Knowledge of benefits realization.
• Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity.
• Must be capable of performing duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
