Senior Program Manager, ODM and OEM Partner Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational rhythm and daily interactions with OEM/ODM ecosystem partners, focusing on factory status tracking, hardware deployment milestones, service readiness, and operational execution.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, external partners, operations, supply chain, and deployment collaborators.

• Create and uphold operating schedules for program reviews, partner status updates, risk assessments, and executive management of critical issues.

• Monitor and convey program readiness throughout planning, deployment preparation, bring-up execution, validation, and operational handoff milestones.

• Facilitate post-deployment field data coordination, encompassing bring-up challenges, validation outcomes, and operational metrics, aligned with factory and partner workflows.

• Recognize key enhancement opportunities and advocate for process improvements with ODM/OEM partners.

• Pinpoint roadblocks, assign owners, develop mitigation strategies, identify decision requirements, and communicate leadership requests across various partner programs.

• Standardize templates, trackers, dashboards, and review processes for partner programs, deployment services, and leadership updates.

• Promote continuous improvement throughout partner workflows, deployment execution, and operational processes by leveraging data from field operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• More than 8 years of experience in leading cross-functional programs pertaining to operations, supply chain, service delivery, or partner management.

• Exceptional skills in managing collaborations across internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.

• Proven capability to translate vague business or operational needs into well-structured plans, designated owners, timelines, and outcomes.

• Strong executive communication skills, including clear status updates, risk assessment, and management of blocking issues.

• Established ability to standardize processes, enhance workflows, and create repeatable operating frameworks.

• Experience in leading programs requiring coordination among multiple functions and partner organizations.

• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce accountability without direct authority.

• Experience working directly with ODM/OEM partners in hardware manufacturing, factory operations, or data center deployment settings.

• Understanding of factory production workflows, bring-up and validation procedures, and post-deployment operational feedback loops.

• Background in supply chain operations, partner program management, or large-scale infrastructure deployment.

• Experience in developing dashboards, trackers, or operational reporting tools that give leadership insights into program health and risks.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA platforms, AI infrastructure, or GPU-accelerated computing environments.
