This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Take charge of the operational rhythm and daily interactions with OEM/ODM ecosystem partners, focusing on factory status tracking, hardware deployment milestones, service readiness, and operational execution.
β’ Foster cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, external partners, operations, supply chain, and deployment collaborators.
β’ Create and uphold operating schedules for program reviews, partner status updates, risk assessments, and executive management of critical issues.
β’ Monitor and convey program readiness throughout planning, deployment preparation, bring-up execution, validation, and operational handoff milestones.
β’ Facilitate post-deployment field data coordination, encompassing bring-up challenges, validation outcomes, and operational metrics, aligned with factory and partner workflows.
β’ Recognize key enhancement opportunities and advocate for process improvements with ODM/OEM partners.
β’ Pinpoint roadblocks, assign owners, develop mitigation strategies, identify decision requirements, and communicate leadership requests across various partner programs.
β’ Standardize templates, trackers, dashboards, and review processes for partner programs, deployment services, and leadership updates.
β’ Promote continuous improvement throughout partner workflows, deployment execution, and operational processes by leveraging data from field operations.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in leading cross-functional programs pertaining to operations, supply chain, service delivery, or partner management.
β’ Exceptional skills in managing collaborations across internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.
β’ Proven capability to translate vague business or operational needs into well-structured plans, designated owners, timelines, and outcomes.
β’ Strong executive communication skills, including clear status updates, risk assessment, and management of blocking issues.
β’ Established ability to standardize processes, enhance workflows, and create repeatable operating frameworks.
β’ Experience in leading programs requiring coordination among multiple functions and partner organizations.
β’ Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce accountability without direct authority.
β’ Experience working directly with ODM/OEM partners in hardware manufacturing, factory operations, or data center deployment settings.
β’ Understanding of factory production workflows, bring-up and validation procedures, and post-deployment operational feedback loops.
β’ Background in supply chain operations, partner program management, or large-scale infrastructure deployment.
β’ Experience in developing dashboards, trackers, or operational reporting tools that give leadership insights into program health and risks.
β’ Familiarity with NVIDIA platforms, AI infrastructure, or GPU-accelerated computing environments.
