This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of recruitment initiatives and operational enhancements
• Take full ownership of recruiting programs from inception to execution, measurement, and refinement
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including milestones, stakeholder maps, risk assessments, decision-making processes, communications, and success metrics
• Direct the operational establishment of an internal mobility program
• Assist in talent branding initiatives that bolster the employer brand, diversify hiring sources, and enhance the candidate experience
• Identify friction points in the recruiting lifecycle and design more streamlined, consistent workflows
• Enhance processes through standardization, documentation, automation, and clear ownership
• Integrate AI and technology into recruiting workflows
• Spearhead change management efforts for significant recruiting projects, including the ATS transition
• Develop communications, training, enablement, and adoption strategies
• Oversee employer-of-record and contingent workforce programs
• Assess partner performance, utilization, cost, quality, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, technical systems owners, and vendors
• Facilitate collaborative working sessions and decision-making forums
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority and foster accountability across teams
• Communicate effectively with executive, technical, operational, and frontline audiences
• Build consensus, identify risks, and maintain an emphasis on measurable outcomes
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent programs, or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, adoption, and evaluation
• Background in driving change management for major processes, programs, or technology transitions
• In-depth understanding of recruiting processes, stakeholder requirements, and the experiences of candidates, managers, and recruiters
• Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and make progress with incomplete information
• Strong data fluency, including the ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, assess trade-offs, and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Experience managing recruiting vendors, agencies, contingent workforce programs, or similar external partnerships
• Excellent project and program management abilities, encompassing planning, governance, risk management, prioritization, and executive communication
• Capacity to influence and instill accountability across teams without direct authority
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational details
