This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a standardized operational framework across high-volume recruitment teams.
• Set up operating rhythms, planning methodologies, scorecards, and escalation pathways.
• Convert hiring objectives into funnel specifications, capacity strategies, and execution priorities.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of hiring health, risks, dependencies, and remedial actions.
• Collaborate with pod leaders to enhance pacing, stakeholder preparedness, funnel quality, and achievement of goals.
• Standardize and expand the high-volume model to additional hiring sectors.
• Manage daily operational performance for high-volume agency and vendor collaborators.
• Define expectations and scorecards for agencies and vendors, focusing on submissions, quality, fill rate, time-to-fill, pricing, responsiveness, and corrective measures.
• Develop procedures for agency onboarding, performance evaluations, escalations, and offboarding.
• Advise on whether tasks should be executed internally, via contractors, agencies, or automation.
• Broaden the adoption of BrightHire, AI interviewer, and associated workflows in high-volume recruitment.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations on workflow design, tools, and automation opportunities.
• Automate reporting, funnel monitoring, quality checks, and partner performance visibility.
• Identify pain points and conduct targeted process-improvement initiatives.
• Assess the impact of automation by measuring recruiter hours saved, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, quality, and candidate experience.
• Manage the consolidated weekly high-volume hiring health report.
• Provide updates on open requisitions, aging, progress toward goals, funnel health, capacity, internal versus agency mix, and at-risk work.
• Communicate changes, risks, actions, and required decisions or support.
• Utilize data to differentiate between capacity gaps and issues related to execution, process, quality, prioritization, or stakeholder engagement.
• Formulate recommendations for resource allocation, agency distribution, and process adjustments.
• Collaborate with Clinical/Behavioral Health leaders on capacity, performance, staffing, and resources decisions.
• Work alongside pod leaders on cohort health, stakeholder preparedness, funnel strategies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Talent Operations to align high-volume workflows with broader talent acquisition systems and infrastructure.
• Act as a central escalation point for inter-pod operational challenges.
• Influence without direct authority and foster accountability among recruiters, pod leaders, agencies, Talent Partners, and hiring managers.
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, high-volume recruitment, staffing, or a related area.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment workflows.
• Strong grasp of recruitment funnels, capacity planning, conversion metrics, and hiring economics.
• Demonstrated capability to utilize data for problem diagnosis and informed operational decisions.
• Experience in enhancing processes through automation, technology, or workflow redesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly to senior leaders.
• Ability to influence and foster accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Sound judgment, a sense of urgency, and the ability to highlight risks proactively.
