This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the execution of the program management go-to-market strategy across key markets, clients, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Units, client service managers, technical market leaders, and growth leaders to discover, evaluate, and advance opportunities.
• Manage and supervise the strategic portfolio of growth prospects.
• Establish the pursuit pipeline for program management, PMO, and capital planning opportunities.
• Monitor and report on opportunity status, capture stages, win themes, insights from wins/losses, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in developing executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor in program management.
• Lead and contribute to strategic pursuits and significant proposal efforts.
• Formulate capture strategies, competitive positioning, teaming methodologies, and success plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for presentations, interviews, qualifications, and proposals.
• Create value propositions, service offerings, and delivery frameworks.
• Maintain sales enablement resources, including conversation guides, pitch materials, proposal content, proof points, and positioning tools.
• Support conference strategies, thought leadership initiatives, client workshops, and external positioning activities.
• Represent Brown and Caldwell at workshops, industry conferences, and client engagement events.
• Mentor, guide, support, and share expertise with junior team members.
• Adapt to and execute additional tasks based on evolving organizational needs.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industry with progressive responsibility in sales and strategy.
• Strong understanding of program management, complex projects, engineering and construction delivery, and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of various project delivery methods.
• Capability to identify program, design-build, and owner advisor opportunities, making informed pursuit decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead change and influence cross-functional business partners.
• Experience in developing successful project development strategies and engaging appropriate teaming partners.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting growth strategies, account portfolios, executive engagement programs, and enterprise business development initiatives.
• Familiarity with utilizing data, market intelligence, and client insights to guide strategic decisions and prioritize growth investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or construction management, or equivalent experience is required.
