
Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Management – Third Party Vendor Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
• Develop the strategic framework for integrating third-party vendors across the portfolio.
• Identify the business requirements and operational factors for both new and existing vendor models.
• Establish setup strategies and dependencies involving pricing, claims, billing, and related processes.
• Convert business needs into integration suggestions and execution guidance.
• Manage and keep up-to-date the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Ensure visibility within the portfolio as vendors, products, and business requirements shift.
• Coordinate updates and evaluate the implications of vendor modifications across stakeholders.
• Act as the Sales organization’s primary contact for new vendor integration requests.
• Evaluate intake requests and guide the cross-functional assessment of business needs, feasibility, and setup strategies.
• Progress new opportunities from intake through recommendations and readiness.
• Generate field communications and offer guidance on integration models, business rules, and plan sponsor specifics.
• Function as the main contact for production inquiries and plan sponsor requests.
• Lead the resolution of cross-functional production issues and ensure follow-through among product, operational, and support teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP) or any Leadership Development Program.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, program management, or related fields within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in defining strategies and execution plans for complex business processes, integrations, or service models.
• Capacity to translate vague business needs into structured requirements and actionable strategies.
• Experience collaborating across business, operational, and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear materials for field-facing and stakeholder-facing purposes.
• Skilled in managing intricate operational scenarios and facilitating issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization capabilities, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; specialized training or relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
