This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Establish the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics that align with the DT strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
• Act as the main business representative for the DT agile team.
• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog, which includes epics, features, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, and Functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery processes.
• Work together with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other business functions to gather requirements and validate user needs.
• Ensure that products adhere to governance, cybersecurity, cloud and data platform standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Lead product demonstrations, sprint reviews, and sessions for stakeholder engagement.
• Track product health, adoption rates, and performance metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Assist in deployment planning, change management, and user enablement activities.
• Exhibit CORE behaviors and utilize CORE tools to promote reliability, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, accompanied by 10+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of pertinent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Technology, or related IT roles.
• Experience in Agile environments, specifically Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong capability to convert business needs into technical requirements and articulate clear user stories.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization abilities.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Preferred: experience with digital products in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated sectors.
• Preferred: knowledge of P&W enterprise systems or functional processes.
• Preferred: certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar.
• Preferred: familiarity with Azure/AWS, SAP, PLM, MES, or analytics/data technologies.
• Preferred: experience with ACE, CORE, or methodologies focused on continuous improvement.
