This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, governance, and implementation of comprehensive pharmacy testing for Medicaid PBM projects and enhancements in production.

• Develop and implement testing standards, methodologies, tools, and quality frameworks for SIT, UAT, regression testing, automation, parallel testing, and readiness for production.

• Collaborate with business, product, implementation, and state stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory, contractual, and operational standards.

• Manage multi-vendor and onshore/offshore testing teams, focusing on test execution, defect management, quality outcomes, and adherence to delivery timelines.

• Create demand forecasts and resource plans to align with implementation timelines and operational priorities.

• Prepare, manage, and oversee operating and personnel budgets.

• Establish and communicate quality metrics, testing KPIs, defect trends, and executive dashboards.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and quality issues.

• Promote continuous improvement in testing efficiency, automation integration, quality results, and client satisfaction.

• Contribute to business development by leveraging pharmacy testing expertise, implementation strategies, and solution recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 13 years of experience in leading end-to-end testing strategies and execution for large-scale Medicaid PBM implementations.

• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations and PBM platforms, including claims adjudication (NCPDP D.0/F6), formularies/PDLs, DUR, rebates, encounters, prior authorization, and financial reconciliation processes.

• Proven track record in leading SIT, UAT, regression, automation, parallel testing, and production readiness initiatives within complex healthcare technology environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing large, geographically dispersed testing teams, including vendor, onshore, and offshore resources.

• Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations, CMS requirements, state-specific pharmacy programs, and compliance standards.

• Experience in establishing testing governance models, quality frameworks, KPIs, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with executive leadership, clients, state stakeholders, product teams, and delivery organizations.

• Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
