Clinical Pharmacist – Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accurate and effective execution of patient prescriptions in a clinical setting.

• Validate both hard copy and digital prescriptions.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians through phone and email communication.

• Oversee and manage the transfer of incoming and outgoing prescriptions.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

• Contribute to team development through leadership and follow-up in a call center environment.

• Represent AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.

• Must hold an active license in the state of residence.

• Prior experience in pharmacist verification tasks is essential.

• Expertise in Clinical Judgment is required.

• Previous experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is advantageous.

• Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.

• Strong work ethic and capability to collaborate with various partners.

• High standards of customer care are expected.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.

• Problem-solving skills are required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are mandatory.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

• A genuine passion for helping others is important.

• Must be eligible to work in the country.

• Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week and be accessible outside standard business hours on an ad-hoc basis is required.

• Must be able to travel to various site locations within the assigned territory.
