This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of various Development and Management Cycle products, including the Core Skills Rubric and associated toolkits.
• Convert organizational strategy into actionable tools, templates, dashboards, workflows, and resources.
• Collect user feedback and analyze usage statistics to prioritize enhancements for products.
• Establish product requirements and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain a product roadmap that balances strategic priorities with operational requirements.
• Design, document, and continuously enhance talent processes.
• Create repeatable systems that simplify complexity and ensure high-quality execution.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
• Ensure processes are in line with organizational operating norms and integrate with neighboring systems.
• Develop and sustain reliable data systems that support talent-related decisions.
• Define success metrics and dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and establish processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Transform quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for the implementation of new products and processes.
• Create project plans, track milestones, and manage risks effectively.
• Develop communication, training, and implementation resources to facilitate adoption.
• Foster stakeholder investment through effective change management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for products, systems, and processes.
• Organize, maintain, and continuously enhance institutional knowledge.
• Set standards for documentation, version control, and process ownership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and implementing talent processes and tools, particularly in development, performance management, and employee recognition.
• Experience in the K-12 sector is highly preferred, though not essential.
• Background in providing services within an organization that has a national presence.
• Experience collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capability to co-create ambitious goals and drive towards desired outcomes across various workstreams.
• Understanding of an organization’s operating model, structure, and essential operational processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining knowledge management systems.

• Skill in constructing project plans that align with organizational priorities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and gathering feedback.
• Ability to cultivate trusting relationships and communicate effectively.
• Competence in identifying and removing barriers to collaboration across teams.
