This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of HRIS administration across ATS, People Management, and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflows, and effective system integrations.
β’ Lead the governance of data within people systems, ensuring precise reporting and a unified source of truth for headcount and compensation.
β’ Develop and uphold job architecture, leveling frameworks, job codes, and organizational uniformity.
β’ Create and present people analytics dashboards for the Board, ELT, and People team, focusing on headcount, attrition, compensation, and hiring metrics.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of People to establish and oversee HR/AI workflows aimed at automating and refining HR processes.
β’ Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Oversee US federal compliance filings and training, manage multi-state requirements, and coordinate the annual global compliance calendar.
β’ Handle the People inbox and HR communications.
β’ Keep HR policies up to date in collaboration with the Legal team.
β’ Administer global compensation programs, which include sales compensation, compensation modifications, equity tracking, and execution of cycles.
β’ Manage the administration of bonus and merit cycles from planning to payout, ensuring data integrity and effective communication with managers.
β’ Supervise the Benefits Partner responsible for benefits administration, carrier relationships, open enrollment, leave management, and addressing employee inquiries.
β’ Handle equity tracking and administration in collaboration with Legal and Finance departments.
β’ Develop and maintain employee recognition programs with assistance from People Business Partners.
β’ 8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations and/or total rewards, with significant responsibility for total reward programs.
β’ Practical experience in HRIS and ATS administration; led the RFP process and implementation for a new HRIS vendor.
β’ Solid understanding of compensation principles, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, sales incentives, bonus administration, and internal equity.
β’ Experience in developing or managing job architecture and leveling frameworks.
β’ Knowledge of federal and multi-state US compliance regulations.
β’ Data-driven approach; experience in creating dashboards and reports.
β’ Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
β’ Located in or able to work during central or eastern time zone hours.
β’ SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
β’ Preferred: Experience in a mid-sized, rapidly growing professional services or tech company.
β’ Preferred: Exposure to global HR operations across the US, India, Canada, UK, Germany, and China.
β’ Preferred: Experience with AI tools or workflow automation within an HR context.
β’ Preferred: Understanding of benefits management.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with ADP, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
β’ Preferred: Experience with Aon Radford.
