This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the implementation of HR processes, including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement programs, and data updates.
• Aid in collecting information for workforce planning or organizational updates under the supervision of senior PXBPs.
• Address employee inquiries and guide them to the appropriate resources.
• Support initiatives related to engagement, recognition, and inclusion through logistics, coordination, and communication efforts.
• Organize communications and training materials for change initiatives led by senior PXBPs.
• Help monitor employee adoption and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to schedule sessions, manage attendance, and track completion rates.
• Assist in providing career development resources by gathering data or feedback from employees.
• Support the administration of performance management tools and reminders.
• Prepare content, resources, or events related to company culture.
• Generate basic reports from HRIS systems and update dashboards as requested.
• Ensure accuracy in people data and assist in tracking metrics, including turnover, engagement, and headcount.
• Document employee relations cases and help with scheduling, follow-ups, and policy inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior PXBPs or PX leadership as necessary.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence by sharing data, preparing materials, and ensuring consistent communication across PX teams.
• Support global initiatives by coordinating deliverables and tracking their status.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or the equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for significant events such as team summits, training, and conferences.
• Preferred experience in coordinating HR programs or providing support for HR operations.
• Foundational knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and basic employee relations.
• Ability to learn HRIS and analytics tools; comfortable generating standard reports.
• Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Capability to build relationships and offer timely, helpful support.
• Comfortable functioning in dynamic, ambiguous environments with guidance.
• Curious, eager to develop, and receptive to feedback.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving.
