📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the consulting team, share your insights, and assume responsibility for various tasks.

• Evaluate the latest trends in the professional training market and assist in creating customized offerings for diverse target audiences.

• Aid in the development of innovative training concepts from the initial idea stage to execution.

• Generate website content and propose social media strategies to enhance the company’s digital footprint.

• Assist in refining application documents and gain valuable experience by observing consultation sessions with clients.

• Participate in potential assessments and aid in the preparation and facilitation of coaching sessions.

• You are pursuing a degree in business psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field—preferably with a concentration in human resources or marketing.

• You exhibit a structured working style, demonstrate initiative, and tackle tasks with an analytical and solution-focused approach.

• You possess a strong desire to learn about new subjects and actively engage in projects.

• You have an interest in digital tools and processes—including AI applications like ChatGPT—or are eager to explore them alongside us.

• You maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and thrive in collaborative environments.

• You are highly skilled in standard MS Office applications.
