This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and initiate strategic collaborations with organizations and associations that support military, law enforcement, fire & rescue, and healthcare sectors.
• Establish connections with decision-makers in nonprofits, businesses, unions, associations, military organizations, and veteran service groups.
• Utilize innovative prospecting methods through networking, referrals, and events.
• Create partnerships that deliver measurable value for ExpertVoice and its collaborators.
• Develop initiatives that enhance member acquisition beyond the initial partner launches.
• Design and implement scalable partnership strategies that align with business objectives and audience engagement metrics.
• Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and optimize outreach efforts.
• Take ownership of quarterly member acquisition KPIs for the public service professional audience segment.
• Focus primarily on military organizations, with secondary attention to law enforcement, fire & rescue, and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Travel to seek out partners, cultivate relationships, and enhance existing partner success as needed.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth.
• Strong preference for experience within one or more military audiences, including veterans, former service members, veteran service organizations, military associations, or spouse/family networks.
• 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, development, fundraising, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable KPIs.
• Proven success in cultivating strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and aligning partner motivations with business goals.
• Analytical and revenue-focused, with robust business acumen.
• Consistent history of meeting revenue targets.
• Natural talent for building rapport with stakeholders, from veteran-owned small businesses to executives of national associations.
• Persistence and ease in pursuing further conversations and introductions.
• Creativity in ambiguous situations and a willingness to test and refine new approaches.
• Availability and willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
• Must be able to work from within the Continental USA and align with standard work hours of 10:00am–3:00pm MT, Monday–Friday, unless otherwise communicated.
