This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Optimize business potential for authorized Parkinson's Franchise products
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director for Parkinson's
• Supervise a team of 6–8 Account Executives
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, Advanced Practice Providers, healthcare professionals, nurses, executives, department managers, and support staff
• Enhance education regarding product benefits and risks, and raise awareness of therapeutic gaps in accordance with approved labels
• Generate new business, broaden existing business, maximize resource utilization, and boost sales to meet the assigned product portfolio sales objectives
• Collaborate in compliance with internal stakeholders to ensure district success
• Execute franchise goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics
• Contribute to the development of franchise culture and collaborative business execution
• Recruit, coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct team members
• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and expectations
• Manage total account responsibilities with Account Executive team members
• Develop, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts
• Track and report on sales progress
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize available resources and tools to support sales strategies
• Represent AbbVie to healthcare professionals and patient organizations within the Parkinson's and Neuroscience sectors
• Participate in neurology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, and advocacy events, which may include evenings or weekends
• Relay key information and insights to internal partners/stakeholders
• Stay updated on developments in Parkinson's Disease clinical, market, and payer landscapes
• Complete all required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards impacting business
• Capability to assess the business environment and develop/implement strategies in response to market opportunities
• Meet applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for access to facilities and organizations
• Maintain good standing and/or eligibility to acquire necessary HCIR credentials
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, fingerprinting, and provide proof of immunization/vaccination as necessary
• Valid driver's license
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and fulfill safe driving requirements
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck or powered material-handling equipment
