Senior Manager, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, optimize, benchmark, measure, and report on the performance of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for DTC ecommerce businesses.

• Develop media strategies tailored to different funnel stages and messaging tactics.

• Monitor and provide reports on conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.

• Ensure that campaign budgets are adhered to and not exceeded.

• Implement the Lunar Solar Group Google Ads blueprint while adopting relevant products.

• Utilize AI in daily operations to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and foster innovation.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

• Create initial digital marketing strategies.

• Guarantee a seamless transition to junior team members.

• Build and sustain robust client relationships.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and enhance the agency’s reputation and market standing.

• Identify opportunities for and support the upselling of additional marketing channels and agency services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.

• Proven experience working with DTC/ecommerce businesses is essential.

• Experience in optimizing product feeds.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities.

• Capability to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.

• Analytical skills to interpret extensive data sets and provide actionable insights.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing, particularly SEM advertising and the DTC e-commerce sector.

• Experience with Bing/Microsoft Ads is a plus.

• Agency experience is preferred.

• Experience managing multiple e-commerce brands concurrently is preferred.

• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness sectors is an advantage.

• SEO knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States.
