This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports for Operations and performance segmented by department.
• Track daily volumes, performance metrics, errors, trends, incidents, customer feedback, productivity, and utilization rates.
• Develop service-oriented dashboards that illustrate volume trends, departmental process health, KPI/MI, and risk-function performance.
• Execute complaint management, conduct root-cause analysis, analyze errors and incidents, and suggest preventive and corrective measures.
• Identify processing-error inquiries, escalate them to department leaders, and collaborate with Operations and Client Services to resolve issues.
• Review asset portfolios and supervise risk-related regulatory reporting for CIBG, IBG, and RBG.
• Assist in capacity planning, provisioning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure accurate customer data collection and flawless regulatory reporting across bank departments.
• Detect system and process issues, propose enhancements, and streamline reporting activities.
• Publish dashboards and governance presentations for FTC, CIBG, RBG, and IBG, including operational metrics, risk assessments, and performance updates.
• Oversee MI and QC mailboxes and address inquiries.
• Conduct daily QC, prepare monthly QC reports and analytical presentations, and distribute reports to stakeholders and country heads.
• Perform internal process audits and reviews; ensure corrective actions are implemented for identified errors.
• Analyze errors, process deficiencies, productivity, quality, attrition, and individual/team performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Log, track, and report Management Exception Reports while maintaining oversight of non-financial activities.
• Collaborate with Technology to create a robust data platform that supports multidimensional analysis.
• Complete Logical Access Management and User Access Entitlement Reviews within set timelines.
• Oversee vendor activities including onboarding/offboarding, resource allocation, purchase requisitions, billing, and goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, travel, accommodation, hot-desk bookings, and associated expenses across MGN locations.
• Serve as the primary reference point for inquiries, complaints, and concerns; rectify process deficiencies and SLA violations.
• Inspire, motivate, and guide teams; manage resources, testing, defect triage, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.
• Recommend improvements to SOPs, OPMs, and ADMs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver precise MIS and analytics to management and assist in product development and targeting efforts.
• PG/Graduate with a minimum of 10+ years of diverse experience in banking operations encompassing a wide array of banking products and services.
• Strong working knowledge of corporate processes and systems.
• Proficient analytical skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, data analysis, along with effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Analytics/MIS requirements and engagement with various in-house operating systems.
• Strong decision-making abilities and conflict management skills.
• Proficient PC skills with adaptability to new systems and technologies from both end-user and development perspectives.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and data warehousing tools.
• Familiarity with analytical tools/software such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Capability to attract talent and lead a high-performing team.
• Effective risk and control management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience or capacity to manage multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams across UAE and IBG Operations, including vendor-managed offshore operations.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations, Credit/Risk, Compliance, as well as internal and external customers.
• Ability to conduct internal process audits and reviews.
• Capable of managing vendor coordination, billing, and payment-related tasks.
• Ability to oversee training, travel, accommodation, and expense activities within approved budgets.
