Senior Manager, Network Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Leading a team of Network Implementation Managers (NIM) across six countries, managing over 2500 circuit deployment projects each year.

• Building and nurturing relationships with key global bandwidth vendors.

• Ensuring the cleanliness of circuits and cross-connect assets, with COGS responsibility for timely disconnection of purchased assets.

• Sustaining strategic partnerships with leadership across various teams including Network Engineering, Network Strategy, Network Architecture, NOCC, Network Expense, and all Infrastructure divisions.

• Driving a significant initiative to transition patch panel management from manual records to Siebel.

• Emphasizing process standardization to enhance delivery volume through increased efficiency and automation.

• Incorporating provisioning engineering responsibilities into the team's skill set.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Extensive background in working with telecommunications and data center vendors.

• Proven track record in employee development and engagement.

• A strong commitment to process improvement.

• Experience in leading teams through process changes and realignments.
