This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders and clients from Accenture and Microsoft.
• Drive sales, revenue, client satisfaction, and delivery for Microsoft-centric projects.
• Develop, own, execute, and sustain strategic business growth initiatives on the Microsoft platform for client accounts.
• Act as a primary advisor and point of contact for clients and Accenture Account Leadership concerning Microsoft.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite stakeholders at client organizations.
• Create and execute relationship management strategies for complex, strategic existing accounts.
• Determine customer needs and outcomes, connect with internal experts, and analyze intricate customer data.
• Design defined solutions and uncover new opportunities through partnerships.
• Lead and apply Microsoft strategies across various client accounts.
• Advocate for Microsoft AI and innovation initiatives within the Accenture account strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams in crafting tailored Microsoft solutions, incorporating products, services, and contractual terms.
• Supervise pricing strategies, contract conditions, risk management, and responses to RFPs and tenders.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customers' Microsoft presence.
• Formulate and implement renewal strategies to guarantee customer retention and long-term engagement.
• Enhance client experience, provide thought leadership, drive account growth, sales, revenue increase, account-level CCI, and achieve 30% personal chargeability.
• Background in life sciences or medical technology through education and/or experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer management and/or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of managing strategic client relationships and fostering growth in a service-oriented sales environment.
• More than 7 years of demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in configuring and delivering intricate Microsoft solutions aligned with client strategies.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack is essential.
• Foundational or advanced Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant industry verticals.
• Capability to convey Microsoft's unique differentiation narrative within those industries compared to at least one other leading cloud provider.
