This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and content teams to create and implement omnichannel campaigns across all owned platforms.
• Convert positioning and brand requirements into audience, channel, and journey design.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to clearly defined KPIs from the initial brief through to post-launch evaluation.
• Develop, execute, and oversee automated and agent-assisted marketing workflows and internal tools.
• Guarantee human-in-the-loop controls and thoroughly tested workflows.
• Manage the MarTech stack, including documentation and administrative tools.
• Provide coaching and training to teams on new systems while establishing best practices.
• Create and sustain AI skills and tools for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in supporting the customer data foundation alongside Salesforce and Databricks partners.
• Comprehend data infrastructure and oversee the data utilized for segmenting and measuring campaigns.
• Report on campaign and channel performance metrics.
• Evaluate new marketing tools and transition existing processes onto these platforms.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 7-9 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, lifecycle, and/or database marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation/campaign execution platform, including audience construction, journey building, quality assurance, and deliverability fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML, and standard marketing operations code; able to validate and troubleshoot, including AI-generated outputs.
• Responsibility for campaign taxonomy and naming conventions, UTM governance, and campaign structure.
• Demonstrated experience in building automation, internal tools, or workflows that have been adopted by others beyond assigned duties.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for production tasks.
• Capability to translate business and brand requirements into clear, testable rules.
• Sound judgment concerning data sensitivity, privacy, and disclosure in a consumer lending context, including a working knowledge of relevant data privacy laws.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to reconcile conflicting sources while distinguishing between stated requests and underlying needs.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple requests, and effectively collaborate laterally and upwards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience in migrating campaigns, audiences, and journeys between enterprise marketing automation platforms, including consent and preference states, suppression lists, and historical engagement data, is advantageous.
