This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes for designated partners.
• Convert approved marketing strategies into detailed program plans that include workflows, work breakdown structures, phasing, and timelines.
• Oversee the intake-to-kickoff process for new projects and programs.
• Assess, tier, scope, estimate, allocate resources, and route requests prior to production.
• Develop program and project architecture structures using the designated project management platform.
• Manage the comprehensive execution of multi-channel marketing and fundraising initiatives and projects.
• Create and proactively oversee work-back schedules with quality checkpoints, review gates, and necessary approvals.
• Administer program and project budgets, recognize scope creep, and facilitate change orders.
• Anticipate resource needs and identify capacity limitations in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
• Determine outsourcing requirements and acquire as well as assess vendor estimates.
• Manage purchase orders and reconcile vendor invoices effectively.
• Provide monthly reports on program and project completion percentages and budget issues to the Marketing Strategist.
• Ensure the completion of billbacks.
• Maintain project templates, template estimates, status reports, and conduct post-program reviews.
• Uphold established workflows, routing architecture, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost execution quality and efficiency.
• Supervise assigned Project Managers and Project Coordinators through coaching and oversight.
• Conduct one-on-ones and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, assist with onboarding, and strengthen team capabilities.
• Monitor individual and team utilization and balance workloads effectively.
• Take on Project Manager or Project Coordinator duties as necessary to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

• Engage in organizational prayer, devotional sessions, and company-wide events.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
• Have over 10 years of experience in program management, project management, or marketing operations within an in-house agency or marketing services environment.
• Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Workamajig, Monday.com, Workfront, NetSuite, or other integrated operations tools.
• Exhibit advanced cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams across creative, digital, content, and video disciplines.
• Respect for and understanding of diverse audiences and perspectives.
• Capability to manage changing priorities, concurrent programs, and evolving requirements.
• Exceptional skill in managing complex, multi-workstream programs with interdependent timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope issues and devise effective solutions.
• Proficiency in translating organizational strategy into actionable program plans.
• Ability to identify growth potential for direct reports and enhance team capability.
• Competence in evaluating and improving program management processes, templates, and tools.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
